Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and using Narada Digital Dupe (the "Service"), operated by Narada Studios Private Limited ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and an authorized representative of the business you are creating a Digital Dupe for to use this Service.

2. Service Scope

Narada Digital Dupe provides a conversation-first business discovery platform and AI persona operating system designed for local retail, services, and enterprises. The service includes the creation, deployment, and hosting of an AI persona accessible via web browsers, PWAs, and supported omnichannel messaging integrations.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• Free Trial: We offer a 15-day free trial limited to one (1) Digital Dupe per account. At the end of the trial period, if you do not upgrade, your Digital Dupe will be automatically suspended.
• Paid Subscriptions: The Lead Capture plan requires a one-time manual payment of ₹2,999 (excluding 18% GST) per billing cycle. We do not automatically charge your payment method for renewals.

4. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Generative AI Limitations: Our Service utilizes advanced generative AI models. While we implement safeguards, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or hallucinated. You are responsible for reviewing the configurations and knowledge base of your Digital Dupe. Narada Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from AI responses.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms is strictly limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Data Ownership and DPDP Act

You retain ownership of all brand assets, inventory lists, and customer lead data you provide. By uploading this data, you grant us a license to process it solely to operate your Digital Dupe. As per the DPDPA 2023, you act as the Data Fiduciary for your customers' data, and we act as your Data Processor.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your service at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support@naradastudios.com. Upon non-renewal or cancellation, your Digital Dupe will go offline at the end of your current paid period.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
