1. Introduction

Welcome to Narada Digital Dupe, operated by Narada Studios Private Limited ("we", "our", "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). This policy explains our practices as both a Data Fiduciary (for your account data) and a Data Processor (for the data processed on behalf of your business).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, business phone number (including WhatsApp numbers), and billing details.
  • Business Context: Information you provide to train your Digital Dupe, including inventory lists, pricing, store rules, and FAQs.
  • Chat Transcripts: Conversations between your deployed Digital Dupe and your customers, including lead capture forms (Name, Phone, Inquiry).
  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction telemetry to monitor and improve our services.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data exclusively for the following specific purposes:

  • To create and manage your Narada Digital Dupe account.
  • To train and deploy your custom AI sales assistant.
  • To send critical transactional notifications via Email and WhatsApp (e.g., lead alerts, trial warnings, deployment status).
  • To process payments via Cashfree securely.
  • To provide customer support and improve platform stability.

4. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted third-party sub-processors bound by strict confidentiality agreements to facilitate our services. These include:

  • Google Cloud & Firebase: For secure database hosting, authentication, and AI inference (Gemini models). Hosted in the India region.
  • Cashfree: For processing manual, one-time subscription payments.
  • Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API): For delivering verified template messages (e.g., lead alerts).
  • Resend: For transactional email delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Account Data and Business Context as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or your account is deleted, all associated data, including AI models and chat transcripts, will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the account deletion request.

6. Your Rights (DPDPA Compliance)

Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access & Correction: Request a summary of your data and correct inaccuracies via your dashboard.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by canceling your service, which will result in your Digital Dupe going offline.
